About Ed
Ed’s Mobile Home Services is Eduard Gibert Renart, known as Ed. He buys mobile homes anywhere in Pennsylvania, in parks and on private land.
Some of the homes Ed buys he fixes up and resells. Some he keeps. Some he passes along to another buyer. That is why he can look at almost any home, in almost any condition, and still make an offer.
What matters is whether the deal makes sense. If it does, he will go anywhere in the state to see the home. If it does not, he will tell you straight.
When you sell to Ed
- An offer on the home as it is, with nothing to fix or clean
- No fee and no commission
- A closing date you pick
- Someone who handles the park and walks you through the paperwork
